Select this menu item to configure the Connection File for your modem. The values set here are stored in the Lookup Table, and may be used by other Connections. Different modems may use different commands and result codes. You may also want to enable the modem file to use special features of your modem. Make sure you are using the correct modem file for your modem. Hayes and Hayes-compatible use the "Hayes Modem" file. Apple modems are Hayes-compatible. If you are unsure of how to configure your modem, or what type of modem you are using, please check the owner's manual that came with your modem.
